hotfix 0.4.1.3 - improvement on Geomancy UI

Now the Geomancy panel shows text indicating if a Geomantic Figure is active or not - it shall be less confusing for noobs.
(To activate a Geomantic Figure, one needs to invest SP in two different daimons with the corresponding zodiacal sign and/or planetary signature.)
